I use Paintshop Pro 9,
other versions can be used too.

The scrap kit is free and you have to get an account to access it

Wordart1 by me HERE
Font: Butterfly HERE
Open template12 in your PSP
Copy the template by SHIFT + d
Close the original template
You can resize later if you need too.
Delete the copyright info
Add a paper
Move to above the white bottom layer
Layers> Load/save mask > Load mask from disk
> WSL_mask222
Check Fit to canvas
Layers Palette > Merge > Merge group
Effects > Texture effects
Width: 4
Opacity: 47
Black
Check Horizontal and Light from left/top
Click on the Bar3 with the Magic wand
Add a paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 70
Blur: 5
Click on the Bar1 with the Magic wand
Add another paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 70
Blur: 5
Click on the Bar2 with the Magic wand
Add the same paper as on Bar1
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 70
Blur: 5
Click on the Photo1 with the Magic wand
Add a paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 70
Blur: 5
Do the same with Photo 2 and 3
Add your tube on top of the frames
Use the Freehand selection to remove the excess tube
between the frames leaving one foot outside the frame

Add embellishments and my Wordart1
Drop shadow on embellishments

Add your name and copyright

Merge all layers
Save as .png
