Supplies needed:
I use Paintshop Pro 9,
other versions can be used too.
The scrap kit Delicious by Bluedream Designs HERE
Template #130 by Ali HERE
Wordart by me HERE
Font: Anglia Script Enhancement (PTU) HERE
Open template130 in your PSP
Copy the template by SHIFT + d
Close the original template
You can resize later if you need too.
Delete the two wordings layers
If you find it hard to see what you are doing
Add a new layer > move to botton
Floodfill white
Click on the Raster1 layer with the Magic wand
Add a paper
Selections > Invert
Delete
Deselect (CTRL + d)
Drop shadow on the white frame
V&H: 1
Opacity: 37
Blur: 7
Repeat with Raster layer 3 and 5
Add other kind of papers
Repeat Drop shadow on the other two white frames
Add your tubes inside the white frames
Use the Eraser tool to remove access tubes
outside the white frames
Drop shadow
V&H: 1
Opacity: 37
Blur: 7
Add embellishments
Resize them
Drop shadow on embellishments
V&H: 1
Opacity: 37
Blur: 7
X out (hide) the white bottom layer in the Layers palette
(if you have one)
Layers Palette > right click > Merge > Merge_visible
Unhide the white layer
Move the merged layer towards the bottom of the tag
Add my word art upper left corner
Move the word art and merged layer so they fit the tag
Look at my tag for reference
Duplicate the merged layer in the Layers palette
by right clicking over it
I moved the original layer so it was more
in the middle of the tag
Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur > 10.00
Effects > Texture effects
Width: 6
Opacity: 25
Black
Check Horizontal and Light from left/top
Move the blurred layer so it looks good under
the duplicated merged layer
Be careful that you don't move it out of the tag
Add your name and copyright
Drop shadow on your name as above
Merge all layers
Save as .png
